In 2019, fate brought together former US Marine with Polish roots and a Polish resident of Palawan, all united by a shared love for Polish flavors. This unlikely 2 embarked on a mission to share their passion with the wider community, bringing authentic Polish sausages and meats to the people of Palawan.

What began as humble experiments with sausages in a home kitchen quickly blossomed into a full-fledged business.
